Terms & Conditions.
The terms that govern any engagement with Rapid Solutions and use of this site.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Rapid Solutions website and the services we provide. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to them.
1. Services
We provide IT, network infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, web design and development, digital marketing, managed IT and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and price for your project are set out in a written quotation or agreement, which forms part of these terms.
2. Quotations & payment
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are based on the information you provide.
- Payment terms (deposits, milestones or monthly retainers) are as set out in your quotation or invoice.
- Invoices are due by the date stated. Late or unpaid invoices may result in work being paused until the account is settled.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access, content or approvals we need to deliver the work. Delays caused by outstanding materials or approvals may affect timelines and cost.
4. Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you once the project is paid in full. Until then, all work remains our property. We retain the right to reuse general skills, methods and non-confidential know-how, and to reference completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Third-party services
Where our work relies on third-party platforms (hosting, domains, cloud providers, licences), those services are governed by their own terms, and their fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
6. Warranties & liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice as described in your agreement. On termination, you remain liable for work completed and commitments made up to the termination date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
