Return & Refund Policy.

How cancellations and refunds work for our service-based engagements.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Rapid Solutions primarily provides professional services — IT and network infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, web design and development, and digital marketing. Because our work is delivered as services rather than physical goods, the following terms apply to cancellations and refunds.

1. Service payments & deposits

Most projects begin with an agreed quotation and an initial deposit or milestone payment. Deposits secure your slot in our schedule and cover discovery, planning and design work that begins immediately, and are therefore non-refundable once that work has started.

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a project at any time by written notice to info@rapidsolutions.live.
  • If you cancel before any work has begun, any amount paid (less transaction/gateway fees) is refunded in full.
  • If you cancel after work has begun, you are billed for the work completed and hours committed up to the cancellation date; any remaining balance is refunded.

3. Refund eligibility

A refund may be issued where a service has been paid for but not delivered, or where a delivered service materially fails to meet the agreed written scope and we are unable to remedy it within a reasonable period. Change requests that fall outside the originally agreed scope are treated as new work and are not grounds for a refund.

4. Non-refundable items

  • Work already performed and delivered as agreed.
  • Third-party costs paid on your behalf (domains, hosting, licences, ad spend, paid subscriptions, hardware).
  • Monthly retainer and managed-service fees for periods already served.
  • Payment gateway or bank transaction charges.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@rapidsolutions.live with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We review every request within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

For any specific engagement, the signed proposal or agreement for that project takes precedence over this general policy.
